We want you to be completely satisfied with your official Gerry Anderson apparel and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the items are in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
